PALMPICS is a photography and film studio founded in Playa del Carmen in 2022 by Argentine photographer and filmmaker Martín Tomás Isa. Alongside our work for brands, we document personal stories: a vacation photo session, a celebration or a moment worth remembering.

Family photography during your vacation in Playa del Carmen. We plan the location, time and participants together, making room for portraits as well as the spontaneous moments between them.
Couples and vacation portraits
Photography for couples, friends and travelers who want to bring home more than a selfie. A beach photo session or another Riviera Maya location, with a visual approach that feels right for you.
Surprise marriage proposals
Photography and video to capture your marriage proposal. We coordinate the location, timing and how to document the moment, particularly when it is a surprise. Tell us your idea so we can plan it together.
Weddings and intimate celebrations
Wedding photography and video in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya. Share your date, venue and schedule so we can discuss availability, coverage hours and deliverables for your celebration.

Tell us your date, how many people are joining and what you would like photographed. We discuss availability, location, timing and scope. For sessions at hotels, resorts or private venues, access rules and any required permissions need to be confirmed in advance.

We are based in Playa del Carmen. Sessions and event coverage are also available in Cancún, Tulum and Puerto Morelos, depending on scheduling and logistics. For another destination, tell us where you are planning your celebration.

When should I get in touch?
Contact us once you know your travel or event dates. We will confirm availability and discuss the details before you book.
What is the best time for beach photos?
We plan around the light, the location and your schedule. Sunrise and late afternoon can offer softer light; weather and local conditions also matter.
Can we take photos at our hotel?
That depends on the hotel or resort policies. Before booking a session there, ask whether outside photographers are allowed and whether authorization or additional fees apply.
What is included, and how much does it cost?
The proposal depends on time, group size, location and whether you need photography, video or both. Deliverables, turnaround time and price are agreed before you confirm.
What happens if the weather changes?
We discuss alternatives based on conditions and availability. The plan and rescheduling terms are agreed before your session.
